First thoughts after welcome BAPP meeting.

The course of Ballet often feels so decided for you that having time to determine for yourself what is right and true seems unreachable. 

In ballet it is so rare that we can, or are even allowed to open our mouth to express thought, opinion or reason. This is the first time in which we can open a conversation about topics that we find relevant and meaningful towards our form, that’s not just gossip in the changing room, and it seems like all that has been suppressed wants to jump out. 

Reflecting and writing about my own experiences through practising makes it possible to explore  the extent of how much my thought process has an effect on my physical performance.
